3. Client Data Responsibilities

To use the Service, You agree to:

  • You are fully responsible for the lawfulness of personal data uploaded or processed via the Platform, and for compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any other applicable data privacy laws.

11. Termination and Data Deletion

Both parties may terminate use of the Services at any time. Upon termination, client data will be deleted from the Platform within a reasonable period, subject to any lawful retention obligations.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
